We refinished our basement and the contractor did a poor job installing the glass shower door that we purchased from Lowe’s. Seeing as how they didn’t install it correctly the first time I was hesitant to ask them to fix it - instead we looked for a company specializing in shower glass doors. I spoke to multiple businesses and none were open to coming and working on a door that they did not manufacture But the Shower Door Guy really saved me. They took the time to have an in-depth conversation with me about what we needed. They asked for pictures so they could get a good idea of whether or not they could help and when they came out, they were really able to make the very best of a not so great situation. We used the shower guy when we were in a bathroom remodel pinch, and I’m so happy they were able to come through for us! We did a full bathroom renovation that included installing a very nice, frameless shower door. Our GC, however, didn’t have experience installing the door in the manner it needed to be and recommended we use a specialist. That’s when we contacted the Shower Guy.

They responded within 24 hours to our initial online inquiry and explained the quote process. Once we received our quote, we put our deposit down and they quickly called us to schedule. We lucked out and they had a project in the area within a few days, so we actually got it all sorted out within 5 business days - which was much faster than I anticipated.
